G’day! guys!
Long time no see Shadow_Wolf here… im helping out again but you don’t want to hear about that!
We have Natsu for you all… Sorry tis a bit late as you can see we are back but we are having troubles with encoders, Translators, Timers (If your new or want to learn i can help) and QC. If ya can help us out that will be great.
Be on the look out for Tatakau Shisho The Book of Bantorra. This is what we are working on at the moment.

Don’t exactly know what took us so long to get this episode out, but it’s here now.
Complaints on the delay can be sent to <removed>@<removed>.com. <removed> has become a good email host and the only one I know to use “>” or “<” in their domain.

So as you can see we are a lil’ behind on our 11 releases.
This is my fault, once again.
One of my terabyte drives decided to have the “click-of-death” yesterday, and has since been unrecognized in windows. This drive just happens to be where the SubDESU files are kept, yay!
Saki can be released as an XviD, as it’s on my other PC. But the others… Lets see how good Hitachi’s support team is.
I’m starting from scratch, but it shouldn’t be too long.

Even with all the server issue going on, we can’t be distracted from our primary role of fansubing.
So here is your Natsu no Arashi 10.
The other 2 should be incoming (hopefully before 11s airs).
The biggest change this week through is the resolution. I made a decision to drop 1280×720. The RAWs just don’t look good enough to be upscaled, most computers will do a better job.
If anyone noticed, I also messed up Natsu no Arashi 09. It was over-sharpened because I accidentally used the wrong .avs script. That was corrected in 10.
So enjoy the new 1024×576. Saki is also affected by this, but Shangri-La will remain 1280×720.

Saki 09 and Natsu no Arashi 09 are both done. I’m finishing up the encoding and the uploading on both (Natsu no Arashi H264 is already on the DDL server as I type).
However, we will see a delay in Shangri-La’s release. The reason being me. With all the stuff going on right now it took me forever to get the necessary files to the timers/editors/QCs.
We’ll see how fast we can get it out.
Edit: Shangri-La 09 is at the uploading stage.

This has also been done for quite a bit of time, but wasn’t posted for a different reason. There was a bit of a mistake in the script, which led to a bit of a mistake in the encode. Nothing major, probably could have still been posted, but I held it back to fix the error. If you’re going to leave one mistake why not just leave them all right?
