I really don’t want to waste this precious page to talk about people who bitch about our translation, so let me just say it for the last time.. if it kills you to watch our subs… go get it somewhere else or offer your service to help with the translation ( cos i might start deleting comments or disabling them ). Thank you.:P

Now for more important stuff, so ep 6 is here ( 7 raw is also out ).. and I still can’t get enough of this show :D.

So,
“It’s tundra boss and nothing else”
No, guys, you clearly misheard it, it’s ‘tsundere bouzu’. Tsundere meaning, well, tsundere (a person with a conceited, irritable, and/or violent personality that suddenly becomes modest and loving when triggered by some sort of cause – from wikipedia, and i think Mafuyu-chan means only the first part, about irritable and violent), and bouzu just means brat.

Also there are lots of places where you don’t translate the actual phrases the characters say, but instead put something completely different. (for example – 00:22 – ‘yasashiku shite’ = ‘be gentle’. Your sub reads as ‘I can’t take anymore’). Still, since most of them are totally appropriate for the scene, they don’t actually change the meaning of what is being said, so they are fine.

This tsundere bouzu / tundra boss thing is getting out of hand :P
So it’s like this, some people like tsundere bouzu and some dont care if we use tundra boss or tsundere bouze, so to please everyone we will go with what tlchecker decides on.

Well i will always say its Tundra Boss because thats what i hear….and also what everyone else uses including the manga….but yes its out of hand and none of it changes the meaning of anything just a different way of interpreting it

For all the people who are complaining about a translation being just a bit different, even though you “know” what the characters are saying–and I mean this seriously–why are you complaining? If you can understand, then why can’t you also listen to the words that are coming out of the characters’ mouths and ignore the subs? It blows my fucking mind, it really does.

I would like to thank the good people at subDESU for all the hard work they’ve done with their translations.

Especially since many phrases don’t translate that well.

For instance… A short sentence in Japanese could become a rather looooong sentence in English and vice verse.
